  She assured us she would make it top priority because we were on a short time frame. Needless to say, we are still waiting for any sort of response! No phone call or email at all, so I would hate to see how long it would take if it wasn't urgent!

  Staff here have always found a way to work around my travel dates, finding the most suitable travel arrangements, and they were efficient. Although they are obligated to upsell their offerings, I have never felt pressured to do this.

  I just booked a simple flight only for 4 people the other day and the agent did nothing but make mistake after mistake with my booking. Someone who has been in the travel industry myself could not comprehend how someone can make these "newbie" mistakes. Our agent was a 10 year veteran apparently and just blew my away with her lack of professionalism and rookie mistakes. Will never book with her or the agency again.
