  I went with Woolcott because it seemed from a distance that they were the Burlington specialists. Clearly I can't speak for any Woolcott agent other than mine but if they're half as good as David Sidenberg...you're in good hands. My wife and I were splitting so David took an awkward situation and handled it incredibly. David's "service" was through the roof.

  P.S. I am not the easiest person to work with, yet Jayne was able to hold it together in order to live up to her word in getting us the best price for our home. Then she went the extra mile as some would say by doing much more then anyone’s expectations as she will do more for you then you could dream. I mean way more then I could possibly expect or think of, she had done it all and more!

  When you stat off with a team of 17 team members look at your home, you now have 17 agents working for you. Yes you could use a friend of a friend or a high school friend list your home but personally, knowing how the Woolcott team puts all their resources together along with the 17 agents looking over their own list of clients makes me wonder why would anyone use someone else. IT JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE!

  As a first time home buyer I had fantastic experience working with Peter Woolcott. Awesome personality and very dedicated to his work. Professionalism at its best with this gentleman. He did not force me to make offers on first few properties we visited together. No issues with arranging time for showing, Peter was ready to show me property at the time that was best fit for me. Once we selected the property to place an offer He did not force me to go out of my budget. Everything from offer to firm deal went through with no hiccups what so ever.

  Yes you could try selling on your own but believe me (I wanted to) you will never get your "TOP DOLLAR" for your home unless you have the Woolcott team. Remember they will have your home staged properly by a professional, have it sparkly clean then have your house look great in the photo's taken by likely the best home photographer in the industry. I still can't believe my house could look as good as it did.

  When your ready to move then call the Woolcott team as their slogan says it all "Pack Before you call"! You better as the market is hot and their business model is one that just can’t be duplicated. Call them only if your serious about getting the top price for your home.
