We are fortunate to have this "flagship" quality Canadian Tire in our city! The variety of merchandise is astonishing: from the expected large collection of tools to a surprisingly huge kitchen items department. Waiting time at the registers isn't usually a problem (Canadian Tires tend to short staff the registers), and returns are hassle free and pretty fast.

Still a great store overall, and helpful staff.

Had my son car break down the other day and I ran to Canadian tire for help. They sent a mechanic to come and help me get my sons car out from the middle of the exit for Burlington mall. I called C.A.S prior but Canadian tire was there first. As the mechanic (Alex) arrived C.A.S showed up and suggested a new starter and I had just bought the car. Alex was determined otherwise, we got the car into the garage and he cleaned the battery terminal and everything worked! They sent me on my way free of charge. What a selfless act! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I showed up just before closing ( yes... I was that guy....)with a tire that had thrown a weight just prior to the car heading to BC. Matthew said he'd get the car in and back on the road right away. Fast, professional service and ready to go! Less than 25 min total!

This location really deserves a 5 star rating, but I have to admit that the huge "bargain bin" section in the centre of the store is a little over the top and can seem a little disorganized. The continuation of the "bargain bins" along the entire length of the rear main isle tends to obscure and confuse while also constricting the flow of traffic.

Gregg in automotive department is awesome! When faced with a challenge he never gave up, researched, and did everything he could to help find a solution. He went the extra mile to find the right part when most others would have sent me on my way empty handed. Thank you!

I understand the value they probably bring to the sales, but they feel a little too 'bargain basement". I sometimes feel I am in a version of "Bulk Barn meets Dollar Store".

Large store with generally well stocked departments. Location has always been clean, tidy, and organized shelving. Have made many returns here over the years and never had any kind of hassle. Auto department is usually helpful, and have always been able to direct me to the product I was looking for.
