  The place is well organized and clean, staff is helpful and friendly. The website is easy to use, and actual stock levels match what is shown online. Prices for the items I wanted were better than at Lowe's or Rona.

  I am standing right here waiting for over 20 min for an associate to come to help me out, and apparently it is the only one who can help me down the light section. It is Dec 12,2017 at 8:31pm. Whoever is on customer service has called this person over several time. I do understand how busy he might be, but training someone else on light department could be very helpful. I am not coming to this location no matter how far I have to drive.

  Home Depot kept my contractors waiting all day for a delivery that was never delivered. I was offered the comfort of the fact that my items were on the truck but never delivered. Thanks Home Depot. Your lack of delivery cost me $600 in labour.

  Excellent staff in the night shift, smiling and coming very fast to help even if it is not their field. They immediately call their colleagues to help and very quickly they come and they help in the best interest of the customer. I was nicely surprised from my experience at this store. It reminds me of the old days 20 years ago when customer service was priority in Canada, something is not very common anymore.

  Good service at least much better than Burlington Lowe's. Staff knowledgeable. Since Lowe's opening, I noticed that some seasoned unhelpful staff lately became courteous. Looks like Management here ramping up it's quality of service. It's good to have at least one home store with good service in the area. Prices are better than Lowe's too.
