  When I took them back to the store, the manager Ben, agreed that the material was defective and agreed that they are still selling that same style, but refused to give me a refund/exchange/store credit. Who keeps a receipt after wearing an item? I didn't expect the pants to fall apart.

  Terrible Customer Service. I called this location to have an item put on hold for me to pickup the next day. I was extremely clear about the item that I want. When I arrived to pick it up, they had put the wrong item on hold and no longer had the item that I wanted. The staff member didnt seem to care at all that I drove out of my way to that specific location because they were the only one that had my item in stock. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Great place has turned into a department store more than the traditional trading post it started life as. Still has amazing quality goods that you can't get anywhere else. Plus you can get everything you need for the home or going out under this one huge roof.

  High quality clothes and shoes, and you can get s great deal too when items are on sale.

  Very disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein dress pants here and they totally fell apart after only 3 wears. I hadn't washed them or anything. Just gently worn.

  I went to return a sweater after buying it at another Hudson's Bay in Hamilton. After refunding the money, the clerk rudely asked if I had worn the sweater. Sure, I wore it lightly as well as having it on at home so there were some pieces of lint on it but she didn't have to be so ill-mannered.
