    Customer service is absolutely horrible at this dealership. I purchased a car in 2016 and have regretted it ever since. Nothing but problems with the car and nothing but a headache with the dealership. I tell everyone I know not to go here. I had to email the GM of the dealership to try to get something accomplished with all the problems I was having and he never replied to me. He had the manager of the auto repair department reach out to me and have me come back to the dealership where he said he would speak with me in person and get everything taken care of. He never met me there. Better yet when I got there I was told I didn't have an appointment. Also when I purchased my car I was told I would get 4 years free oil changes. After one year I was told I have no more. Absolutely disappointed with every department at this dealership and received horrible customer service from every department.

    I don't know what "Bob's" problem was but until I threatened them with legal liability nothing was being done. I still don't know what the problem was and I'm fairly certain it was not the sparkplugs as they were fairly new to the car. I am still very sour and am uncertain if I will buy another warranty on my new car that I am getting (long story on why I have bought a new car). I felt Leggat chose to take advantage of me because of my age because they felt I wouldn't fact check any of this. I am still very sour at them, and will bring this as high as I have to because I don't like feeling scammed. In the meantime I plan to call Leggat soon and speak to them in more detail, at this point they need to convince me to bring my car back to them because at the moment I see no reason why I should trust them. I am still furious at them!

    So I trust Leggat and my family did as well, so I continued to use them to look at cars to buy for a time, and even when buying from other GM dealers I always brought my car to them not because of only convenience for distance but also because they seemed to get what I needed done timely. Considering my work schedule, John always got done what I needed doing on a weekend when there was a reduced staff, which I noticed and appreciated. My complete and unbelievable fury comes from the most recent events that have transpired with my last visit to them!

    Leggat Chevrolet in Burlington have great customer service! This purchase was a surprise for my husband. From the first initial call to the surprise reveal they treated me with the up most respect. Our sales rep Nick did an excellent job with all the details and he continues to be a great help even after the purchase. Thanks Nick, Jim and Peter at Leggat Chevrolet for everything! My husband absolutely loves his new Sierra! He’s still in shock..

    My car was having the most random of engine misfires, and sadly John was not around to help me during these problems. I took it to another service manager (whom I shall omit the name of for confidentiality but I plan to let the management know, I'm going to call him 'Bob' for this review). This was the 2nd time I had brought this car in with an extended warranty. And this was the 2nd time Leggat kept the car for 3-4 days and came back to me with a "we have no idea what is going on" answer. This was then followed by forcing me to pay for their diagnostic fee on top of the fee for the car, because they couldn't figure what was wrong and didn't want to charge the warranty without knowing the problem. Their own diagnostic team turned up computer code misfires. I had to Google reasons and tell them what to check because "Bob" was proving useless. Anytime I spoke with him I felt I had to argue my point with him over everything. He told me "it is rare for a car to have intermittent misfires" to which I answered "that is precisely what is happening so don't tell me it's rare! The ignore it and maybe it will go away method is not working! Do something to the engine!" I don't know what was "Bob's" deal but he wouldn't do anything. I understand he couldn't get the car to misfire but I warned him ahead of time it was not doing it consistently, and I couldn't afford to keep on bringing the car in and paying for it out of pocket every-time there was a problem when warranty should have covered it.

    I got a beautiful pre-owned car at a great price here and found the service to be courteous and professional. Vanya, in used car sales, was very knowledgeable and took fine care of me even though I didn't have all of the right paperwork from my trade-in. Joann in financial services offered a fun, relaxed and enjoyable experience working through the money part without any high-pressure sales tactics. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone considering a used-car purchase.

    I've been coming here since I was about 18 years old with every car I've had since then. My normal service manager, John, is a splendid guy whom I trust and is completely honest with me and my family at all times.

    The only reason why it was in again was because the car nearly stalled out this time. I then told him to change the spark plugs and I would pay for it. I made a deal with Leggat that they would return the rental car. Then on my way I find out from my mother who called them for an unrelated reason that they had not changed anything. Had I gotten there in the evening and discovered they had ignored my demand I would have likely screamed at them and damned the consequences. This was not a request I was making, I was being forced to pay despite warranty, this was a demand and "Bob" ignored me, again! I did not find out until recently I could have backed out of the warranty, gotten the remaining money back, and then taken the car elsewhere, no one was in a rush to share that tidbit of info with me until I found out a few weeks later by chance.

    I was very pleased with the way Mark S. (Service Manager) was able to handle my concerns and go into elaborate detail on them. He was able to completely remove any potential future problems and was super generous and thorough with his explanations. The situation was handled very courteously and professional.
