  Two or three other people were waiting to pick up their order for over 40 minutes very bad service at this place.

  Called in an order food for pickup. Once I got to the restaurant had been about 25 minutes the place was literally empty on a Sunday waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes to pick up my order. When I asked why so long. I was told that they would make it up to me. After looking at my receipt I noticed I was charged $2 for bread, I asked doesn't the bread come with all the food that i ordered. The cashier said that it did not come with bread. When I asked her how we supposed to eat the food with a spoon and fork ? She said " I don't know usually there's a charge for the bread".

  While I absolutely love Paramount and love their new menu, I must say that this location is a huge fail. I have given this location 5 or 6 chances, and not a single time have they gotten my order correct! They have forgotten part of my order every single time: either the drinks, or the garlic sauce, and one time, 2 full manakeesh (pizzas)! We really do everything possible to avoid this location now because of the headache and annoyance that’s caused, especially when it’s takeout and you realize the order isn’t complete once you get home.

  Terrible customer service. I ordered a simple chicken schwarma wrap for takeout. They forgot my order and so it took 30 minute wait just for one simple item. Absolutely horrendous . Employees are rude to the point I just wanted to walk out and get food somewhere else.

  This location is the best of all the other locations I have visited. I find the staff are very tentive and friendly. The place is spotless and the food is delicious! You will see more of me and my family.

  While the food is amazing, I have not had an order of take out that was right yet. Check your order BEFORE you leave. Wish they would improve.
