  Full disclosure - I did not use this company and here's why. I had messaged Taylor Moving about my move in a few weeks to receive a quote. They responded promptly and a few days later a consultant came and looked at my place. I have quite literally 7 large items that need moving and 2 months storage, and that is all. The consultant quoted me a minimum of four hours for the move out (which is more than other companies) and claimed in the estimate a weight of 1500lbs for storage, which it would be significantly less than. He then proceeded to tell me that my move in at my new home would be a minimum of 6 hours work because it is the end of the month. I was furious at that and called him out on charging for what will likely be 6 times the amount of time needed for the move in. He said it was good business of him to do and that he could easily get that use out of his truck with someone else. At that point I told him that he was basically telling me my business wasn't good enough for him, to which he responded: "Well, yeah." I showed him the door and that was the end of it. The quote for the move out, storage, and move in of two couches, a bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a bookshelf, and an elliptical machine was over $1800. I believe he inflated the price purely because he didn't want my business, but I am making sure that everyone I know avoids this company based on the sheer arrogance and lack of customer care. Good riddance.

  We are know that movers are strong, but proving this to the client can sometimes be debtremental to the clients. No need to prove their strength. The other mover is there is help.

  Just moved from house to condo with Taylor. A superb moving company. Kingsley great at preparing us. Brad, Randy and Alistair on time and took great care. Great polite, helpful, careful, strong , young guys.

  My recent experience was good. Due to one individual some of my furniture got damaged. He was always trying to show off that he could do the lifting all on his own. I have an adjustable bed and he carried it by himself, knocked 2 walls. These beds are expensive and nothing to say for him doing it on his own and getting hurt. Hutch got damaged due to not being wrapped up correctly. My other two men were great.
