  If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I am cautioning everyone to take their clothing elsewhere. A bridesmaid dress was brought in to create cross back straps, it wasn't ready until 2 days before the wedding. When the dress was put on, on the Sunday the back of the dress was ruined. One strap was sewed in next to the zipper the other strap sewed in right under the arm pit section. Since they are closed Sunday, we had to call in a seamstress for an emergency fix 2 hours before the wedding who told us it looked like someone who was blind did the job and used white thread to sew them on a black dress. When I contacted the company upset about the dress the manager was unprofessional and rude and tried to tell us we asked for the straps to look like that and we are lieing about the white thread. However even though the straps were asked to be like that she was willing to refund me $7 for the one strap! Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place to avoid additional costs from them ruining your garment.
