    Had very disappointing customer service at this location - the older women who work at the store were dismissive of me and not very helpful when it came to finding the item at another store.

    Terrible customer service and zero appreciation for sentimental value. I was told 'they're mass produced, it's the same thing' when inquiring about a repair rather than replacement.

    Phoned up to do product search the individual was abrupt, abrasive and not helpful at all. In contrast phoned an alternate store at Erin Mills there wasn't enough the individual could do to assist.

    Very dismissing and demeaning staff. Unless you have endless money to spend and don't care about being made to feel like your sense of quality doesn't matter, this is the place for you.
