    My fiance bought my engagement ring from this location. And we recently bought both out wedding bands there. I especially love Vina ! She had great suggestions and was so friendly. Would highly recommenced.

    I bought off the website and noticed in the email 2 minutes later that it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. This is Christmas season! I called customer service it took me over 30 minutes to connect and when I finally did they said they could not cancel the order. What kind of supply chain do you have when it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver, I even paid for UPS! What kind of customer service do you have when you can't cancel an order within 40 minutes of the order when you have 2-3 weeks to do so and it has not even been picked yet. @businessfail
