  Staff is horrible. Went in looking for a charm bracelet, the girl saw me and she didn't greet me at all, I was looking around and no one bothered to ask if I needed help. A woman comes in with her daughter all dolled up and the staff worker runs upto her immediately asking her if she needs any help or not, which I found extremely rude. I think she thought I couldn't buy anything cause I was dressed "casual" and that's why she didn't bother to help. I was actually interested in buying something but after the experience I had I'll surely never buy anything from there cause they judge people by their looks. While walking out of the store extremely pissed she asks "oh do you need any help" I walk out saying no thanks. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. Ignorant people, disrespectful people that think everyone's less than them.

  I went in today with one specific charm in mind, and then figured I would buy either 1 or 2 others to make up $150 for the sale. The employee was rushing me like she had somewhere to be or something. She kept writing down the items or scanning them in before I had actually chosen which ones I wanted. I felt like I had to apologize to her when I wanted to see one more. After I chose and she put each charm in a box, she tossed the 3 boxes in the bag and shoved my receipt in there carelessly while talking to another employee about something. I wish I had called her on her behaviour. I much prefer the service I received at Limeridge.

  It is honestly so shocking that a company with so many low reviews both on Facebook and Google continue to operate the way that they do. I did not completely understand why until I had an encounter with "Chrissy" today who is the apparent store manager. This manager to say the least was completely rude and unhelpful. I have truly never received such service where the manager is so rude and unwilling to help their customers which ultimately trickles down to the associates, hence the negative reviews. I came in a month ago wanting to change a ring I received as a gift, not change for a different product but just exchange sizes. The manager on this particular day said it was okay and approved the exchange but said that she could not do it because they were unfortunately out of stock for the size and told me to come back later. Hence why I came back to this location. The manager Crissy, quickly declined to help me stating that because I did not have the receipt she could not help me at ALL. With absolutely nothing, I just wanted a size exchange and she could not do anything even though they continued to sell the same product. She is a rude manager who is easily the downfall of this company. I find it funny how one manager approved the transaction but the other refused with absolutely no willingness to help. I showed her how loyal I am to Pandora with the current rings/charms I wear but she had no care in the world. You could tell even her associates were shocked at the way this encounter was handled. I've worked in retail for 4 years and I would be absolutely shocked if my manager were to treat a customer with this must disrespect. She didn't care about the customer, she cared about the "policy". Her store had absolutely NOTHING to lose by exchanging the size for me but she didn't approve it because she is simply rude and unfit to be a manager. I cannot image who else had to deal with her. If the owner is reading this message, I hope you take charge to ensure the success of your location lives on which means removing Chrissy as a manager. She is extremely unprofessional, unfit to manage and lacks severely in customer service.

  This is a store that thinks they sell high priced gold and that they are from a special place I just got told by there management that if I go back to the store I will be charged with trespassing two police cars went to my parents house at 10 pm at night because I respectfully asked to speak with the manager out side of the store about how they disclosed my personal information to someone with out my consent.... I was nice to the lady and left the store.....I've been a customer for years and will never promote a business that has no customer relation etiquette...... This is a deplorable way to run a business. I showed her respect and got none in return

  Horrible customer service! First of all I had waited in line for 25 mins which is normal for Christmas time. When it was my turn to enter the store the lady I was paired with was not helpful or polite. I came in looking for a charm for 25 dollars and was told straight up rudely that they don’t have any that are 25 dollars.... when on the pandora website there are 45 charms that are from 15-25 dollars. So it’s very unlikely that they had none...Then I asked for her to show me charms that were 30 dollars and she seemed bothered that I came in not knowing what I exactly wanted! I will not be going back this pandora location!
