  The staff at Luxe Jewellery provide an amazing experience when making a purchase. Like most men, I was somewhat lost when it came time to purchase an engagement rings. After a couple months of shopping for engagement rings, I came into the store and met Sonali who gave me a great detail of practical advice when shopping for rings. She made my decision both stress-free and hassle-free by offering to create a ring using a customised series of options provided by Luxe. The ring I got through the customisation process was amazing and my fiancé and are I extremely happy with the result. It was because of this service and familiarity with Sonali that we went back to get our wedding bands. Even when my ring didn't fit, Sonali was extremely accommodating with the exchange and made the process as easy as possible.

  Sonali, the manager at Luxe, is absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only is she prompt with email correspondence, but her service was fast and high quality.
