  This store used to be the best. Rob the Manager was wonderful. The staff was always smiling and the service was great. Rob moved to London and the two girls that are not new do not look happy. We still Love our Charm store but it definitely has changed.

  I am appalled at my service. We took my husbands ring to be sized, spoke to a representative and everything was good to go. The following week, we went to pick up the ring and they removed the tarnished look of the ring and blamed us, stating 'our ring shouldn't have been accepted in the first place'. This had nothing to do with us, and the representative should have let us know. Charm had the ring for a month and it still looks nothing like when we brought it in. The ring was ruined and they did nothing to compensate us for their mistake.
