  I have been going to this gym since it opened about a year ago. Facilities is well kept, cleaned and modern. Staff are friendly as well. This gym is not for serious top level athletes as it has the most basic machines and weights but it is laid back and perfect for people who are just into keeping in shape. Pricing is great too.

  Great price for what you get. Lots of machines for cardio. It is quite busy if you go around dinner times. If you prefer a less busy gym. I recommend during the day or later on at night.

  The place is great for what you pay. Although the WIFI has barely ever worked since it opened and they need to sort that out. not really a fan of blasting the place with Pizza fumes when it happens. They should offer some sort of town service in the bathrooms like other gyms. Id be willing to pay extra on my account to get a towel when i came in so i don't have to put a wet gross towel into my bag mixed with my work clothes.

  Good for the average gym go'er, can't really complain as the membership cost is only $10 per month, unless you get roped into the "BLACK" card. Gym has all the fixings plenty of cardio machines, along with muscle building contraptions that help you focus on isolating the muscle group you are working on instead of having to deal with weak stabilizers. They have a great 30 minute work out section which is great for beginners and people that generally have little experience in the fitness world. Overall nice clean place with friendly staff, up to date machines and plenty of options to choose from, how could you go wrong.
