I joined Fit4Less recently as I think it's an excellent alternative to all these other ridiculously expensive gyms. Prices are $4.99 or $9.99 bi-weekly depending on the membership you choose. The pricier membership allows you to use the tanning beds and hydra-massage beds and also allows you to use any other Fit4Less location whereas the cheaper membership allows you only to use the one location you signed up at. Fit4Less has a wide variety of elliptical machines, bikes and treadmills as well as weighted cable machines and free weights and I would say has everything you need to have a great workout. I am however surprised that they have NO WATER FOUNTAINS. Other than that I think it's definitely a smart choice for your wallet unless you are looking for a gym to parade your muscles!!

I was going to buy some groceries at Food Basics when I decided to check out the gym beside it. When I came in I was greeted by Lexi told to come through the door, after taking a look around, I decided to ask about the prices and just details about the gym. The staff member whose name was Daniel, was just finishing up going over prices with another person, and when it was my turn he clearly described both memberships, not needing to look at the visual that is at the front. First he started with the Black Card, saying that this memberships is 9.99 every two weeks so 24.46 with tax, then went over the commitment options, saying that if you pay a 44$ fee, you have a no commitment in which to cancel I would need to give 30 days notice, then the other option of the one year with no joining fee. He then explained what the membership includes, and this thing called the rate guarantee that he mentioned was completely optional and payments would come out every three weeks. There were absolutely no hidden fees, and he seemed to really care for his job since he completely knew the memberships inside and out. This is a really great gym only downside is no water fountains, no wifi and you cannot connect your phone to the machine to hear the TV audio. But other than that the staff is very friendly and the gyms very clean.

Rude staff and bad customer service is part of what you sign up for when you go to Fit4Less. My girlfriend recently signed up for a membership. They have signage at their front desk explaining their membership plan and prices. In an effort to try and not be confused by all the stipulations and fine print, we decided to ask the employee who signed her up some very direct questions to make sure we had a full understanding of what she was getting. When we asked if there were any hidden fees they said no. They said that it's $4.99 bi-weekly and if we wanted to keep that price permanently that at the time of signing up we could pay an additional one time fee, which we did. We later learned that this addition fee is something you are charged every 3 months, NOT A ONE TIME FEE. This was the specific question we asked. When we confronted the employee at the desk about this, Daniel said we should have read our contract and pointed to the signage on the desk. He said he wouldn't have fallen for this trap. He talked down to my girlfriend and it really upset her and myself. When I told him that his behavior was unacceptable for customer service he said he doesn’t care about his job and that he doesn’t care if I told his manager or not. I called back the next day and spoke to Melanie who told me she would discipline the unruly employee, but refused to give us a refund on the fee that had been automatically withdrawn which we were misled about. The manager volunteered to waive the fee once for the next time it would be taken out, but we were so appalled by the lack of customer service that we said no thanks, we will not be coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any self respect. If I could give zero stars I would.

I really like everything except the shower temperatures... You can't control the temp and for the last few months it's been to hot to even use them, and that's not a joke... Equipment is great, parking is good, price can't be beat, but if you need to shower after your work out then all of that doesn't matter.

Very unfriendly staff. I am with Goodlife and wanted to try it out for just 1 day to see if I could move here. But the lady in front wanted to charge me 10$ which is equivalent to 2 weeks on the black card. Insane!
