  The service here is tops. They let you look as long as you like but if you need help they will do everything they can to give you more information and samples. Vanessa is especially good - I think she is the manager.

  They carry great lines of furniture. The condo size Gus Modern sofas are great styles but too firm so would like to see condo furniture that is more comfy. Great shopping experience!

  We have nothing but praise for the staff at Upcountry. Of note, we had the pleasure of working with Shannon Murphy at the Upcountry, Burlington location. We were looking for a study desk for our home office. . Shannon showed us a variety of different options within our assigned budget. Customer satisfaction was her priority. When our desk was delivered and we noticed some issues with the piece, we informed Shannon. She took it up immediately with the manufacturer and provided us prompt updates . Shannon worked with the delivery team to ensure we received the replacement product before the given date and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with the final product. THANK YOU!

  I’ve purchased multiple pieces from the Burlington location, and have always gone home happy. Don’t go in expecting discount retailer pricing, but do expect to find excellent quality products and service. I always ask to work with Justine, as she will go above and beyond to ensure I get exactly what I’m looking for. She takes the time to really understand what space you’re looking to fill, and I’ve never felt pressured to buy. I will definitely shop here again.
