  Ordered bed and 2 bar stools in early January 2018 salesman told us last week of January maybe even earlier for bar stools if we were able to pick up .

  Quite possibly the worst furniture store in Burlington (ties with Leon's). Not even know where to start, everything about the experience of buying furniture from the store, from the shady, deceitful sales people on the floor (who will try to sell you insurance before the actual furniture), to the delivery service (delivery is done by a separate company so that The Brick can point the finger at someone else when they screw up) was beyond atrocious. Will never buy from them or Leon's again, and I deal with the public, so I tell everyone that I can about my experience. The delivery people will scratch your walls and the furniture they are delivering, and when you call customer service, they will suggest that it was your fault, they will never take ownership of the problem and they will never make things right. Don't even try to call their corporate office because they will blow you off and tell you that each store is its own ship. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, DON'T BUY FROM LEONS OR THE BRICK.

  I recently bought a washer and dryer at the Brick. The salesman was quick to help us and friendly. The delivery men took out the heavy appliances and brought the new ones in without any mishaps and they were friendly and courteous.

  Not much we can do ..... but can assure you will NEVER buy anything from the brick ever again and will ensure all of our friends and family are aware .
