    Delivery was amazing as per date discussed and automated system is great and love the process. Delivery staff was professional and quick on setup and moving or taking boxes and cleaning their packaging.

    Great store and sales person was great and not pushy or anything to make us get the deal. Was given time to talk with family and ensure we make the right decision and again sales person was helpful and left us to discuss without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.

    On 2 separate occasions a bed we purchased was delivered to our home and was not able to be constructed, based on its manufacturing, by their own technicians. We pleaded with the company for any fair resolution, as we wanted the bed we purchased, but the company was unwilling to make any real efforts for a solution. We were continually asked how we wanted to resolve the issue, rather than a solution provided to us. We were offered another (lesser) bed in exchange for it and when we visited the in-store location were informed that model had manufacturing issues as well. A very small financial compensation was offered for us to keep the bed as is (non-functional) and finish manufacturing ourselves. I requested to speak to the customer services representatives superior and was informed they were unavailable for 2 days but a call-back could be requested. This whole process has occurred over a period greater than 1 month, we still don't have a bed, and needless to say Mobilia will never see our business again.

    The furniture is beautiful, however the customer service is horrible! Purchased a sofa bed for our office and we were told that the fabric can be treated so it's water resistant. The sales rep Richard actually showed us a sample of how the water just slides off the fabric and the fabric is not even wet!!! We were very impressed and purchased a light color sofa because we thought it will be protected from spills...Just yesterday after the treatment I tried spilling the same water on my couch and the couch soaked the water right through. I called the customer service, they told me to contact the sales rep. I contacted the manager of the store, Kelly, who laughed saying: "this is new for you, the couch is not rubber!" I am extremely disappointed and the amount of money this furniture was worth I expected a much better treatment of customers. It was a big mistake buying from this location, I should have contacted original sales rep that I normally go to in Mississauga, I think this wouldn't have happened with them.

    Possibly the worst customer service possible. Purchased an expensive desk in August, still have not received it November now. Initially was sent a damaged floor model despite purchasing a new one. Since then back and forth between store and warehouse trying to get answers. Terrible communication, complete apathy, lack of respect from the staff. Each staff member blames the other with no one taking any responsibility. Ive left messages requesting updates to no avail. If you are thinking of purchasing here think twice. If I could give a zero rating I would.
