    Best Buy is usually one of our favourite places for electronics and I just refereed a friend to get their appliances there... They were really happy with the prices... But today I tried to return a gift card that my daughter bought for my son for Christmas... It was not the one he wantes- so I went to return it with a receipt... They would not allow an exchange for a more expensive product... I was told they would not be able to do a return. I'm pretty upset. I was never told they were "final sale"... So pretty disappointed with this service.... The lady at the desk was nice but customer service left me at the cashier who couldn't help... I should of taken this further but no time to do it today and now I'll be waiting more time trying to figure out what can be done. Disappointed to get this type of service from Best Buy.

    Stay clear of this location if you are a person of Latin descent as the manager clearly has a problem.

    Speaking with my neighbours (also minorities) they too mentioned to me that they were victims of discrimination by the same store manager.

    Stay away, manager discriminates the clientele visiting this store. I was escorted out by the store manager after simply browsing the video game section. The first question he asked me was “What do you have on you.” The second part was me being told to leave the property while I was escorted out in front of the entire store. I have never been so humiliated in my life and Best Buy Canada has still not given me a response. As an ex employee this store did not follow protocol on loss prevention. I ended up purchasing over 400$ worth of video game products from the Walmart nearby.

    Geek squad messed up completely! My son brought his gaming laptop in because the operating system was no longer functioning. They were going to send it to the manufacturer but didn't. They wiped it, put the operating system back on and gave it back, two weeks later. He had to reinstall all the manufacturer settings himself ... it took him five hours. Then it refused to recognize that he had a graphics card. So he could not play any games. Brought it back to Best Buy. They "fixed" it. He brought it back home and it crashed every few minutes. What a nightmare! We've returned it yet again, and this time they promised they would actually send it back to the manufacturer. He has been without a very expensive computer now for almost a month, and we're hoping they get it right this time.

    Bought a fitbit on sale for the wife was the wrong one brought it back and the sale was over but still did a full exchange for the sale price! Was great service staff was very knowledgeable and courteous! Will definitely return!

    Excellent attention from start to end. Great advise. They thrive to take care of customers. Best way to buy when you deal with real persons like them. No online shopping from me if I can get a customer service like the one I had today even though it is boxing day.
