    He never made me feel embarrassed for my limited knowledge on the issue, and did an excellent job at explaining why he was doing what he was doing and genuinely asking permission before doing anything on the device or trying a specific solution. He gave all the time needed, was so focused and present, and gave so much energy to the interaction, making you feel like a valued and important customer even though they see so many people every day. He seamlessly checked in on another customer during our interaction, asking if it was alright to excuse himself for a moment and explaining why, which didn't make me feel forgotten at all.

    iPhone 7 wouldn’t last 7 hours on full charge, I had Apple care plus so the phone was still in warranty. Called Apple support for battery issues, phone tech set up a repair and told me go in and tell them that your in for a battery repair and you’ll have no issues. Went in to the store was hassled that battery still had normal amount of life left. Got into argument with employee manager came over and asked what issue was. Was told that phone tech was wrong and that they will do me a favour and repair the battery for free for the misunderstanding and that if the issue with battery life continued I would have to pay for the next replacement. Was told I could leave the phone over night. When it came to getting info the employee said I would have to come back the next day with the phone to get it fixed because I could not leave it overnight. They then tried to make me pay for the replacement after they said it would be free. After the repair I’ve never had a battery issue since. I will never go back to this store for anything.

    1) if your issue is software related, save yourself some time and call Apple support to see if the issue can be resolved over the phone.

    Once seated, I only waited maybe two minutes before the technician came over and introduced himself, which was particularly impressive considering how busy they were! So not only were they great with scheduling and time, but I had an incredibly positive experience. His name was Aaron, and he was so friendly, kind, and endlessly professional. He fixed the problem on my device quickly, answered all my questions, took the time to educate me about the software a bit, and was patient and gracious the whole time.

    Throughout the interaction he was extremely warm, positive, and good-humoured, and I left the store relaxed, happy, and with a fixed device and new knowledge about it! I'll definitely come to this location again for my Apple products!

    When I arrived the person I spoke with at the check-in for the Genius Bar was very engaged and earnest, again showed no irritation even though I was a bit late, let me know that they were a few minutes behind anyway and that due to that it worked out that I was a few minutes late, and thanked me for my patience.

    What a great experience at the Genius Bar today. I had made an appointment for my device but was running late, so I called ahead to let them know that I'd be a few minutes late. The person I spoke to on the phone was so warm and friendly, and didn't show any hint of irritation. She was very understanding and easy to communicate with, and clearly and kindly explained that I would still have my appointment and that there might just be a bit of an extra wait.

    Make it a day trip. You'll need it with the wait time. Have patience with the staff attitude as your dealing with an " Apple Consultant " Don't fret! You'll be fine until you purchase a product and need to come back and visit the " Genius Bar"......Remember , Patience is a virtue! and It's only money,!

    I recently went to this store twice, one for my iwatch repair and one for buying my new iPhone. Every time I was surprised that it was way above my expectations each time about their excellent services and so friendly people. They have a great team!
