  I don’t usually give one stars but the service here and from Zara is abysmal. I bought my wife a coat for about $200 for Christmas and it was a bit tight. Boxing Day I traveled for 2 weeks to see family and once we got back we went to return it. Well we were passed the 8 day Christmas window and 1 day passes the 30 days from when I ordered. 1 DAY!!

  Loooong wait time in lines although they didn’t appear to be short staffed. Employees and manager walking around and simply not caring. Wouldn’t shop here again.

  The store manager Zack was the least helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a store and surely my last time.

  Had to call 3 times just to get through to someone on the phone. Then I Waited on the phone for almost 15 minutes to see if an item was in stock and never got the person who was suppose to help me back on the phone so I hang up. I called around 3pm when they usually aren’t too busy but boy horrible service. Your management or owner should really hire a good core staff.

  Got a jacket for Christmas for my toddler. Went to exchange it with the original receipt on Jan 2. Was told I was too late. Terrible customer service. Wasn't asking for a refund just a bigger size. Product wasn't worn. Shame on you Zara.

  Staff is very helpful specially ( men section ) they helped me with selecting the right suite

  Staff at the store didn’t know it’s 1 day from shipping date 1st off, second they wouldn’t budge on the 1 day.
