  My mom had a stroke a year ago and I have to manage her affairs. We bought her a cardigan that got a hole in it after one wear. I wasn't able to get to the store within the 45 day policy...I got there on day 46. The assistant manager essentially told me to pound salt and offered an in store credit $20 less than what we paid for it. My entire wardrobe is BR by the way. Called online and they were more than willing to assist. So...you wonder why store fronts are going away? It's due to poor service like this! Maybe you can learn something assistant manager from store 8001 working September 15th, 2017 between noon and 1pm.

  I love the clothes here. Always look for the 30% or more sales online or in-store to get a great deal!

  Two last minute weddings in a row I've been saved by the staff at banana republic. I should add that both times I showed up at the least desirable time (just before close), and still had multiple employees helping and picking out different shirts, pants, and ties, all with a smile on their face. Brent and Carlie were the saviours this time around. I'll be sure to come back before the next big event. Thank you!
