  My experiences on the CSN Collision Centre in Burlington on Pettit Road were excellent. I was directed to this business through my car insurance company after my car had a suffered damage while parked on a street.

  Got rear-ended and was referred by insurance to this place. They had a promotion - free car rental if you give them job. When I inquired about freebies they said 'no' because your insurance pays for the car rental. In turn I asked about available freebies for me if they want my business. I asked them to fix front bumper (pencil size paint scratch) for free to sign on the work order. They promised me to fix the front scratch and I handed them my car. They sure did not fix it. They sprayed the scratch with the paint which washed away by the time I came to pick up the car. When I pointed to the problem I've heard the most ridiculous explanation possible. Here it is: "Let me tell you something about the Paint world... the paint is water soluble, that is why it's been washed away by the rain. the only way to REALLY fix it is to bake it like we did you back bumper' .... Get it? Water soluble!!!

  I won't ever go back here. I chose this shop as it was a "preferred shop" for Burlington Toyota. My car was rear ended and I opted to bring it here to have the rear bumper replaced. When I picked the car up, I was happy to see it had been fully cleaned. However, there were some deep noticeable stains on the driver's seat. I did mention this, they told me to bring it in and they would try to get it out. I brought it in, all they did was wipe the stain with water and a cloth. I could have done this at home. Regardless the stain did not come out. Not only that, there was a plastic part - brand new and in the bag sitting in the back seat. It was a part that was listed on the paperwork I was given, showing what repairs were done. I called in to ask about it, they said that they were looking around the shop for it, as it was ordered in to fix another Toyota that was in the shop. They told me not to worry about it as they had already ordered another. I found this obviously strange. I kept the part just in case. I wasn't going to complain about all this. But now I am extremely annoyed. The car rental that was set up for me through Enterprise, by my insurance provider - was returned to the shop on December 9, 2016. I was told numerous times by Enterprise & City Automotive I didn't have to worry about anything as they communicate with each other. I don't have a credit card, so I had to make a $150 deposit to Enterprise for the car rental. I was only mailed back about 1/3 of my deposit. Even though, my insurance would cover up to $1000 for a rental (I would have only used a small fraction of this allowance). It turns out City Automotive kept the car until December 12, 2016 and did not let Enterprise know I had dropped the car off. Well it's now been two months and I'm still arguing with Enterprise to get my money that is owed to me. All of this is due to the terrible communication by City Automotive. I will be contacting my insurance provider about this as well as Burlington Toyota the next time I am in for an oil change. This whole process was a big pain in the arse.

  The manager, Lori, was professional and friendly. My car came out looking better than it went in - can't tell it was hit.

  went here to fix my door after my car got broken into. I had a dent in the side as well as a smashed window. The staff was very courteous and competent. They also put a warranty on their work. I'd gone to another autobody shop in Hamilton before I came here and after a week of delays and shoddy work moved my car to City (which was recommended by my insurance company). Little bit more expensive, but in retrospect I'd say it's worth it to get it done right the first time.

  Never again will I go with insurance recommendations, not to mention this place. It's a circus, not a body shop. They got my business by cheating (they also want you to sign work order as per the 'attached' ESTIMATE which is NOT attached and not even completed) and ended with anecdote lecture about 'world of Paint'.

  Lori and her team also cleaned both the inside and outside of my car prior to me picking it up - even washed the winter salt stained rubber floor mats. I am/was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this CSN car collision repair centre in Burlington.
