    Great bike shop to visit. They are polite and patient. Talked with Nan and Tim about purchase and finance. Bill helped me with bike fit. Very knowledgeable staffs.

    I have been to many different bike shops and honestly, Chris, an employee who is super helpful, knowledgable and kind, is what makes Brant Cycle my go to shop. He is just great! I never feel pressured to buy and he makes sure I am well informed on the products I am purchasing.

    Great customer service! I bought a new tire a few weeks ago and didn't adjust my brakes properly which popped my new tire when I was out! Brought it back in to see what could be done for it and they fixed it like new within 10 minutes! Thanks guys, always great service!

    Over the past dozen years I have bought a road bike, a mountain bike, and numerous parts, tools, etc here without any issues. The Shop has been knowledgeable and able to source specialty parts for me when needed as well.
